Founded on the Values of
the Profession

PSCA & Co. (Formerly Parikh Shah Chotalia & Associates) was founded in 1999 by a group of Chartered Accountants committed to building a firm rooted in professional integrity and deep technical expertise.

Over the decades, the firm has grown steadily — in partners, professionals, and practice areas. Today, with ten partners and over 150 professionals across five offices in Gujarat, PSCA & Co. is a multi-disciplinary CA firm with a continuous practice spanning 25 years.

The firm's practice spans Assurance, Taxation, Transaction Advisory, Governance Risk & Compliance, KPO, Virtual CFO Services & Outsourcing, and Corporate Law — serving listed companies, private enterprises, trusts, and family-owned businesses alike.

The firm's practice is conducted in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Standards on Auditing, Accounting, and other technical pronouncements issued by the ICAI.

Firm Established

Rahul Parikh & Associates is founded as a partnership firm in Vadodara with a focus on audit and taxation services for SMEs and family businesses.

1999
2008

Rajkot Office Opens

The Firm establishes operations in Rajkot with the merger of Jay Chotalia & Associates with the Firm.

Change of Name to Parikh Shah Chotalia & Associates

The Firm changes its name to Parikh Shah Chotalia & Associates.

2009
2011

Ahmedabad Office Opens

Expansion to Ahmedabad with the merger of Khakhi & Co with the Firm, to serve the growing corporate client base in Gujarat's commercial capital.

First Peer Review Completed

The firm successfully completes its first ICAI Peer Review, affirming the quality of its audit processes and documentation standards.

2011
2012

Transaction Advisory Practice Launched

Formation of a dedicated Transaction Advisory vertical focusing on M&A due diligence, business valuations, and deal structuring.

Second Peer Review Completed

The firm completes its second ICAI Peer Review, again affirming the quality of its audit processes and documentation standards.

2017

GST Practice Established

With the introduction of GST in 2017, the firm establishes a full Indirect Tax practice to serve clients through the transition and beyond.

Third Peer Review Completed

The firm successfully completes its third ICAI Peer Review, affirming its continued commitment to the quality of its audit processes and documentation standards.

2021

Partnership Base Expands

The Firm expands its Partnership Base in Ahmedabad & Rajkot through the merger of S. G. Kothari & Co. and V. D. Thakkar & Co. into itself.

Fourth Peer Review & AQMM Level 4

The firm completes its fourth ICAI Peer Review and is assessed at AQMM Level 4 under ICAI's Audit Quality Maturity Model — evaluating audit quality management systems, partner involvement, documentation practices, and improvement processes.

Merger of Ranpura & Shah and Tapan Shah & Co. with Parikh Shah Chotalia & Co.

Strategic merger significantly expands the firm's partner strength, geographic presence, and depth of practice across Gujarat.

Firm Renamed PSCA & Co.

To reflect the firm's evolved partnership and national professional standing, the firm is renamed PSCA & Co. while retaining its foundational identity as Formerly Parikh Shah Chotalia & Associates.
