PSCA & Co.'s Transaction Advisory practice covers financial due diligence, business valuations, M&A deal structuring, and financial modelling — from initial screening through to closing and post-acquisition review.

The practice has undertaken engagements involving acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, private equity investments, and business sales. Clients have included promoters, corporate acquirers, PE funds, NBFCs, and family businesses across a range of transaction sizes and structures.
